The CV is often the first (and too often the only) information that an organisation will receive about you. It is clearly very important. You have developed your personal marketing plan and have an idea of your USPs; this is the opportunity to use them to gain an advantage over your competition. The presentation of your skills, abilities and experience is key. But remember you can’t change who or what you are.
