It takes Time
You’re actively looking for work, either to change jobs or get a job. A job search usually takes between 6 and 18 months to find the right role as opposed to any job. Generally it takes less time if you are less selective or specialist (but then you face more competition) and longer if you are more selective or specialist (but then you’ll have less competition).
