Online Assessment

Assessments that are carried out online vary substantially, with a range of assessments available to employers and recruiters. They may be used as part of the initial stage sift, used following the sift to help determine who is interviewed or used following the interviews to help build a more complete picture of the final candidates left in the field. The tests cost the employer money and so they may be used sparingly.
